Flowers are as much a part of the Cambodian diet as are the fruit, grain, vegetable, and root crops they cultivate and consume.
Often yellow in colour, most are wildflowers, or from leguminous trees, shrubs, or water plants; but some are also from cultivated crops, such as pumpkin and papaya, for example.
